After growing up in the real estate industry she began designing and renovating properties in Pemberton Heights in 2013. She has since worked all over Austin and Westlake including Pemberton, Lake Austin, Bee Cave Woods and Lost Creek. Rianna has cultivated a detailed understanding of the Austin real estate market in many facets.
Rianna manages the logistical efforts of Luxehaven Renovation and oversees all design and implementation for each project.

Justin is a native Texan, born and raised in the small town of Edna on the Texas Gulf Coast. Remaining in Edna until his high school graduation, he received a degree from Texas A&M University before starting his career in real estate in 2004 and moving into the mortgage industry in Austin in 2006.

Justin is a native Texan, born and raised in the small town of Edna on the Texas Gulf Coast. Remaining in Edna until his high school graduation, he received a degree from Texas A&M University before starting his career in real estate in 2004 and moving into the mortgage industry in Austin in 2006.
Justin has originated and/or managed over $1 Billion in mortgage loan production over the span of his career. He began investing in real estate in 2007 and currently sits as the CFO of several different local organizations, including Luxehaven Renovation.
Justin runs the financial side of the remodeling business by overseeing all property selections, profitability and revenue for the company.
